Wad Argi provides an online space where users can publish advertisements for properties and rooms to connect with individuals seeking accommodation.

Wad Argi's role is limited to hosting and displaying advertisements and facilitating communication between users.

The person publishing an advertisement is responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information provided.
• Photographs and videos used in the advertisement.
• Rental prices and deposits.
• Property availability.
• Agreements made with prospective tenants.
• Their authority to advertise or rent out the property.

Allowing an advertisement to appear on Wad Argi does not mean that the Platform guarantees its information or approves any contractual arrangement relating to the property.

IMPORTANT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Wad Argi allows users to advertise rooms and properties.

The advertiser is solely responsible for ensuring that advertising, offering, or renting the property does not violate their tenancy agreement, the property owner's rights, or any other contractual obligations.

Wad Argi does not automatically verify whether the property owner has approved an advertisement. Publishing a listing on the Platform does not constitute proof of, or a substitute for, such approval.

If a dispute arises between an advertiser and a property owner due to unauthorized subletting, violation of a tenancy agreement, relocation, or renting rooms to other individuals, responsibility for the advertiser's actions and agreements remains with the parties involved. Wad Argi shall not be held liable merely for hosting the advertisement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Wad Argi is not responsible for penalties, tenancy termination, eviction, loss of deposits, or compensation arising from such actions, except to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded.

All negotiations and agreements between advertisers and tenants are conducted independently.

Wad Argi is not a party to rental contracts, agreements, or property handovers.

Advertisers and tenants are responsible for any payments made directly between them.

Wad Argi does not guarantee these payments and is not responsible merely because one party fails to fulfill their financial obligations after using the Platform.

Publishing fake advertisements, using stolen photographs, impersonating others, or providing misleading information is prohibited.

Wad Argi reserves the right to remove advertisements or suspend accounts when there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or violations.

Real estate agents are responsible for the accuracy of their information, professional credentials, and authority concerning properties they advertise.

A Verified Agent badge on Wad Argi does not guarantee the authenticity of every advertisement or transaction conducted by the agent.

Wad Argi reserves the right to review, hide, remove, or restrict advertisements and advertiser accounts when Terms & Conditions are violated or when fraud or safety risks arise.

Failure to remove a particular advertisement does not constitute approval or endorsement of its content or accuracy by Wad Argi.

Disputes concerning property ownership, rental arrangements, subletting, deposits, or agreements remain the responsibility of the involved parties.

Users may submit reports to Wad Argi, and the Platform reserves the right to take appropriate action concerning accounts and advertisements.

Wad Argi is not obligated to arbitrate disputes or provide compensation on behalf of independent parties.

By publishing a property advertisement, the advertiser acknowledges that:

• They are responsible for all information provided in the advertisement.
• They are responsible for ensuring their authority to advertise and deal with the property.
• They accept responsibility for consequences arising from their own violations of tenancy agreements or property owner rights.
• They understand that Wad Argi is an advertising platform and not a party to rental transactions.
• They have read and accepted the Property Listing Terms & Conditions.

Wad Argi may update these Property Listing Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The latest update date will be displayed, and users will be notified of significant changes where appropriate.
