• Wad Argi does not directly manage or rent out these properties.
• Wad Argi is not a party to agreements between advertisers and tenants.
• Wad Argi does not guarantee the accuracy of advertisements or information provided by advertisers.
• Wad Argi does not guarantee property availability, condition, or suitability.
• Users are responsible for independently verifying property information and rental conditions.

Each user is responsible for their own activities on the Platform and communications with other users.

Users must independently verify property information and the identity of the other party before entering into agreements or transferring money.

Wad Argi is not responsible for payments or deposits made directly between users outside the Platform.

Financial arrangements and transfers between advertisers and tenants are the responsibility of the involved parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Using the Platform for fraud, identity impersonation, or misleading activities is prohibited.

Wad Argi reserves the right to remove advertisements or suspend accounts where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

The appearance of an advertisement on the Platform does not mean that Wad Argi has verified or guaranteed its authenticity.

Disputes involving rent, deposits, property conditions, agreements, or contracts are the responsibility of the involved parties.

Wad Argi is not obligated to mediate or resolve such disputes but may review reports and take appropriate action within the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wad Argi disclaims liability for losses or damages resulting from the actions of independent users, information they provide, or agreements they enter into outside the Platform.

This limitation does not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials.

The Platform may collect information necessary for account creation, service operation, and protection against misuse.
